After completing the 5km Race for Life for a number of years I decided it was time to move on to a longer distance. My journey started by completing my first 10km race at the end of 2006. This year I have completed 5 half marathons and one full marathon. These were all leading up to the challenge I set myself a year ago of completing 3 races in 3 days covering over 42 miles in Walt Disney World Florida. In January 2008 me and my husband will be taking part in the 5km Fun Run, Donald Duck Half Marathon and the Mickey Mouse Marathon. We’re raising money for charity.
