I am a: regular recreational runner I have been running for: 3-5 years I run this many times a week: 4-6 times My weekly mileage is about: 20 or less I do these types of running: road / pavement, treadmill My most important reason for running is: to feel better about myself
My three favourite events are: Favourite: 10K Next Favourite: Half-marathon Third favourite: 5K I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (weight training), Walking (power walking/fitness walking)

i have just taken up running, mainly too help lose weight , which i lost nearly 3 stone without running,id like to owork up too beign able to take part in runs, and maybe get in shape too play other sports at some kinda level. well now ive lost about 4.5-5 stone so its going really well..and the great north run is oj the horrizon!
