Mizuno Wave Inspire
Posted: 05/12/09
'I love these shoes'
Strengths:
Mizuno have just released Wave Inspire 6. No real change to the shoe. Lightweight, firm responsive cushioning that's consistent whether your running a 5k or a marathon and so, so comfy. And not that it matters but the new ones are a really cute pink. These shoes last much longer than most others tried in the past.
Weaknesses:
Can be a tad wide across the forefoot so not really suitable for those with really narrow feet.
Overall:
These are brilliant shoes for all distances. Lightweight, supportive and flexible they're great straight out the box.

Posted: 21/11/05
'A GREAT WAY TO RE-LIVE THE FAMOUS 80'S RIVALRY'
Strengths:
The author writes with an easy to read style in enough depth and description to keep interest
Weaknesses:
Those lucky enough to be too young to remember the period might just get a tad bored
Overall:
A thoroughly good read for those who remember the period.

For the runner obsessed, the bok offers you to share an obsession which someone who clearly understands all about it
Weaknesses:
The detail had me bored in places and the jumping around to different fell running 'heroes' is a bit confusing
Overall:
A good read unless you're just not THAT into running
