'EXCELLENT COMFORTABLE SHOE'
Strengths:
fits well, comfortable with a good degree of cushioning and also some suppport. has lots of technical extras as well which I dont really understand
Weaknesses:
this seasons colour is horrible, am hoping the next one is better
very expensive and not easy to find them discounted on line
Overall:
I really like the shoe and have had no blisters or problems with them despite going straight in with a speed seeion then a long run before proporly wearing them in. was previosly running in asics 1100.

'EXCELLENT SHOES'
Strengths:
comfy, nice colour, reasonable amount of support
Weaknesses:
none apart from that they have changed the model to the 1110
Overall:
these are my favourite shoes. they are really comfortable. I slightly overpronate on one foot so they give me teh support I need without being too supportive. Am dissapointed that they appear to have changed this model slightly for the 1110

'THE BEST £75 I HAVE SPENT'
Strengths:
easy to use, accurate, an excelletn motivator
Weaknesses:
battery life is not that great, I use rechargable ones and you dont get too much warning when they are going to run out so best to start a long run with new batteries
Overall:
gives me an accurate measure of distance and keeps me motivated on long runs by ringing a bell every mile and givign an alert if I go too fast or too slow. Excellent for interval training as it really pushes me. When using a stop watch I finish my interval early but with garmin I keep going until the bell. you can choose to do intervals of a certain time or a certain distance with a choice of time or distance for rest.
would definatly recommend buying one
