'INSPIRATION AND SUPERBLY WRITTEN BOOK'
Strengths:
Incredible detail about the life of a legend, the example training diaries were a nice touch, good history as well
Weaknesses:
A bit of a slog at times - occasionally needed to re-read a couple of passages.
Overall:
A must have in the runners library - really psyched me up every time I picked it up.

'WELL CUSHIONED, WELL LASTING SHOE'
Strengths:
Nice amount of cushioning - no impact soreness on 3hour runs (at 16stone), very nice tread - grippy but not obtrusive, barely wore down over the time I owned them. Also did over 500 miles and not one blister.
Weaknesses:
Could be my foot shape, but when I tied them very tightly they 'crushed' my forefoot. Not tying them tightly meant they felt a bit too roomy on and did slip a bit.
Overall:
Cushioning was pretty decent if not the plushest shoe I've ever worn. Excellent reliability, through some very nasty conditions. Do what they say on the tin.

'IMPOSSIBLE GRIP, COMFY AS HELL'
Strengths:
Grips on any terrain you care to throw at it, has a huge range of motion over the toe section for steep climbs, comfy but secure hold on the foot, breathable and still greaty when wet.
Weaknesses:
Uppers on mine have some tiny cuts from submerged rocks in muddy terrain, but apart from that, none
Overall:
A joy to run in, do exactly what they say on the tin. The company also gets a thumbs up for their ethics and ethos.
