Strengths: Ok so it is rather cheap and funky to use at the beginning...
Weaknesses: Its crap! the pod bit that goes in your shoe has a battery in it that lasts the max 1 year. When this goes, the whole thing stops and you have to buy it again.
Overall: Now ok £19 is not too much, but the MAX a year - think about it - 5 years time, £100 - you might as well have bought a decent item in the first place.
Check out the reviews on amazon and such like - it was only AFTER mine died that i did this, and i am far from being the only one that this has happened to.
