It is lightweight and still supportive and gives a fatser more flexible run. I am about to buy my 4th pair and am also going to get the trail version. I wear orthotics in mine as I am a massive over pronator. The combination works well and all my injury issues and niggles have gone. Great over longer distances too. | | Weaknesses:
Unlike other reviewers I find they don't wear so well. Normally I would change a shoe at about 500 miles, but these definitely need changing at 300 miles. | | Overall:
A great shoes for anyone wanting to move into the minimalist arena. My podiatrist loves them and is really impressed with gait that I have when running in them. I would never go back to traditional cushioned shoes now. |
