'GIVES ME THE FREEDOM TO RUN WHERE I WANT'
Strengths:
I no longer have to plan a run beforehand. I can simply go where the mood takes me and still know how much I have done.
Weaknesses:
I'm a 'large lady' and the unit hurts my wrist bone. I think it could be very uncomfortable indeed for someone more petite.
Overall:
I'm a bit of a techno-numpty so have only used the basic functions thus far. Even so, it has freed me up to simply go out and enjoy my run rather than having to plan a route in advance.I aim to learn to use other functions in time.

Finding satelites sometimes takes a while but isn't too much of a problem and I don't seem to lose signal when I'm under trees.

The unit is large though and hurts my wristbone. I've managed to ease this, but not cure it altogether, by wearing a sweatband underneath. I think it could be seriously uncomfortable for anyone with a dainty wrist.

Wish I'd got one sooner!

'A PLEASANT MILKSHAKE TYPE DRINK'
Strengths:
A pleasant drink that I can face after a race or hard training session
Weaknesses:
Can be a little thick, I find it better made up slightly under strength.
Overall:
I find this useful for refuelling when I am still feeling too nauseated to face solid food. It comes in a variety of flavours but I have only tried the strawberry as it is the only one that hubby and I can agree on!

Not sure whether it actively helps my recovery but it tastes nice and feels as if I am giving myself a treat.

'A GOOD 'CROP TOP' STYLE BRA'
Strengths:
A supportive bra that comes in a nice range of colours and can be worn as a crop top in the summer.
Weaknesses:
Difficult to get on and off. Tends to chaffe around the top edge when I get sweaty or wet.
Overall:
A good bra that is comfortable on long training runs - as long as it's not raining or very hot. Even with vaseline or body glide any excess moisture causes soreness around the top edge at the front.
The 'squash em flat' design holds my 34D's in place well but does make the bra difficult to get on and off.
Even with these problems, this is the best bra I have tried so far, and I will certainly buy again.

'A COMFORTABLE UNDERWIRED BRA '
Strengths:
Being underwired this does away with the 'monoboob' effect and resulting sweaty cleavage.
Weaknesses:
The cups are very thick, almost padded, and need to be positioned carefully. I also had to go down a size from my usual 34D, so worth checking before you buy.
Overall:
A comfortable, supportive underwired bra. Make sure that you get the correct size and position the wires carefully though.I did feel rather 'bruised' around the wires after wearing this for a 20 mile training run.
Due to the back fastening this is much easier to get on and off than the 'crop top' styles and is also more adjustable.
I would certainly buy this style again but prefer to alternate this with another style rather than wear it every time.

'A GOOD SHOE AT A REASONABLE PRICE'
Strengths:
Well cushioned neutral shoe with a very soft upper.
Weaknesses:
Well padded heel but I could do with it being slightly narrower here
Overall:
A very comfortable shoe
