'VERY EFFICTIVE AND PALATABLE.'
Strengths:
fairky thin make up, can be taken on its own no need for water.
Weaknesses:
blackcurrent ones are foul.
Overall:
good package I use these whenever I have 10+ miles to do and they seem to pick me up within 10 mins of taking or so.

'SUPERB SUPPORT SHOE DOES WHAT IT SAYS ON TEH TIN. '
Strengths:
tons of support and in a comfy package.
Weaknesses:
they did feel noticable heavier for first few runs, but this was soon not noticed anymore.
Overall:
first shoe I've had for a while that doesn't leave me with aching ankles after long runs very well put together current pair have covered around 200 miles and still going strong.

'THE PERFECT SHOE FOR WHEN IT GETS REALLY GROTTY OUT THERE'
Strengths:
lightweight and tons of grip in the mud.
Weaknesses:
don't find they last all that long, not too comfy when on road sections of courses but guess thats not what they are made for.
Overall:
Excellent shoe will but another pair when these die.
