Strengths: Russell Taylor brings humour to all those feelings anyone who has trained for a marathon has experienced; expect to find yourself thinking 'ah - so its not just me that finds that' or 'I know exactly what you mean' or 'yep - I remember that happening to me at....'.
Weaknesses: None really - as long as you aren't buying this book expecting some serious advice on training etc.
Overall: A really enjoyable read - light-hearted and full of anecdotes that most runners will identify with.
