Strengths: Its simple to use, with an obvious menu system and quite chunky buttons for navigation through plenty of features such as training partner, history and navigation. I also really like to fact that it can push your training to new limits with a training assitant that beeps at you if you drop below your set pace. I also like the fact that when you stop to get your carb gel out, or whatever, you can set it to auto stop and the time for your run is really that"
Weaknesses: Its quite big on a smaller wrist and can sometimes take a while to pick up the satellites.
Overall: I think this is a wonderful bit of kit for the runner who wants to keep a log as well as knowing on their runs re distance and pace. You can download your runs to your computer, it can act ad a training partner and, if you do not want heart rate data (if you do get Garmin 301) its great!
