'I'LL BE BUYING ANOTHER ONE!'
Strengths:
This has good levels of comfort and support. I prefer traditionally styled bras as they don't hurt my shoulders like the racer back types so this styling is ideal for me.

For my medium sized bosoms (34C) I have found this bra to be fairly close to perfect - enough support around the bosom themselves without being too tight around the chest. The bra straps have plenty of adjustment in them allowing for variation of support during the month.
Weaknesses:
Rear fastening chafes a bit but I find they all do.
Overall:
Excellent value for money. Very comfortable with plenty of room for adjustment. Good overall support without feeling too tight.

'EXCELLENT AND SENSIBLE WAY TO START'
Strengths:
Very clear and easy to follow. Encouraging ways into running without being off-putting. Sensible guidance about gear, beginning to run and continuing to run.
Weaknesses:
I don't feel there are any real weaknesses. It's not for speedsters but that's not who it's aimed at.
Overall:
It is a very constructive beginners' book about how to fit running into your life. It's inspirational, and even had good thoughtful points to make (or remake) to those of us who have been running for some time. I'd recommend it to anyone who thinks running might be a good idea but is put off by the fact they might be too old/fat/unfit. In fact, I'm going to get my Mum a copy!

'I DON'T LIKE IT!'
Strengths:
Looks good, wicking qualities fine. Could be worn by itself if you had the nerve (or flat stomach)
Weaknesses:
I found it less supportive than other bras, and I'm not big. Racer back hurts my shoulders for some reason.
Overall:
Not for me! Relegated to morris dancing and biking rather than running.

'GREAT STUFF'
Strengths:
Fit well, light but supportive. Comfy even when new on longish runs.
Weaknesses:
Haven't found any belonging to the shoes, only myself.
Overall:
I really like these - they fit my feet well, and they feel just a little lighter than the previous model. I like the size of the asics toebox. They're a very fair price too.
