'LIGHTWEIGHT RACING SHOE'
Strengths:
Well they are light good for 5 & 10ks. PBed 5k in these.
Weaknesses:
Found not good for 10 milers upwards. Also the sole started to show signs of wear and tear after ONE race.

'STURDY LONG RUN SHOES'
Strengths:
Stable, Fairly comfy
Weaknesses:
Not good for races (maybe Marathon). Last pair I brought sund like Flip Flops ?
