Strengths: Good tasting Gel. All flavours taste as they say on the tin. Easy to open and get down your throat. This done at speed on a bike so running no problem. Easy to store as well.
Weaknesses: Gets in the wrong places is a sticky nightmare. I feel about 3 again!
