Strengths: Support and cushioning offered by the Kayano's is untouched by any other shoe I've tried. The heel-toe transfer is seemless. They feel like slippers!
Weaknesses: You certainly pay for it, but if you're going to do some serious miles you can't compromise. They also took me a little bit longer to break in than previous Brooks shoes I have had - including one he-yuge blister on my inside heel
Overall: The 12's are the first Kayanos that I have bought, and I certainly haven't been disappointed. My last pair of stability shoes were the Brooks GTS 5, which are great, but the Kayanos offer that little bit of additional cushioning. They really are like slippers.
As long as the price doesn't scare you off I would recommend anyone to give these a go
