Strengths: Great cushioning all round. Plenty of room around the toes. On road, I can feel the 'bounce' from the grid in the heel. Off road, they grip well, even on chalky downhills.
Weaknesses: Too much definition between edge of arch support and rest of insole, led to discomfort. Have replaced them with insoles from old Asics Gel shoes, which are more curved.
Overall: Extra width across toes is great. Initially felt cumbersome, but fine now they're wearing in. Lots of support for knees.
