'START RUNNING SERIOUSLY WITHOUT THE SERIOUS PRICE TAG!'
Strengths:
Started plodding/running regularly in March 06 (after entering GNR 06) and I soon realised that I needed decent trainers.

My only concern was the fact that I was going to spend loads of money on a new pair and then perhaps lose the running bug.

Thankfully that has not happened and in fact I am entering three races this year (Ecos 5 mile, Lisburn 10k and the GNR).

Theses shoes were bought in a large high street chain and the value has been exceptional. I have had no problems with my feet whatsoever, even after clocking up approx 30 miles/week. They are also hard wearing - I don't jump over puddles, avoid muddy patches etc when running and they have held up admirably.

Other plus points include the fact that they look pretty neat and they never seem to get dirty. They appear to be in mint condition each time I put them on.

Weaknesses:
Can't find any.
Overall:
A great trainer at a great price.

I would strongly recommend them to anyone especially beginners.
