Weaknesses: The marathon schedule is poor, doesn't cover anough mileage
Overall: This is a really good, book, everyone laughed at me for buying it saying surely running is easy, but the schedules, tips and motivational stories made sure I actually enjoyed it every step of the way. A great book for a would be runner or as a reference point for someone who has been running a while but without any advice.
