Strengths: - Does the job if you take it at the right time. - Easy to take
Weaknesses: - You need water - The taste of some of the flavours available.
Overall: I was recommended this gels for my longer runs and was abit apprehensive at first. I had to get used to when to take them and swallowing them (on my first attempts i had trouble swallowing the gunk).
My faves are the caffeine ones which seem to give me more of a boost but overall they do the job but take a little while to get used to.
