For Goodness Shakes Powder

'Overall does what its supposed to!!'
Strengths:
Great for recovery and can be taken anywhere and mixed with water.
Weaknesses:
Can make you very windy. Leaves the mouth feeling slightly dusted as has a dry taste (all flavours).
Overall:
I bought the trail pack that gives 2 packets of each flavour and a mixing bottle and would say the the banana flavour tastes the nicest as the others taste slightly synthetic . As far as recovery it certainly does the job that its supposed to. The main benefit of this product is the fact that you can mix it with water and the result is probably the best out there considering this fact but I would still probably say that High5 protein recovery is better for taste and recovery but with milk.

'GOOD STUFF!!'
Strengths:
Taste and what it does for your muscles after longer runs.
Weaknesses:
Need to mix well otherwise clumps of it get swallowed.
Overall:
Helps recovery after longer runs. Tastes great. Can be mixed with water or milk, I prefer semi skimmed (not skimmed as recommended) as it makes it slightly thicker. The best on the market.

Asics GT-2120

'BETTER THAN EXPECTED!!'
Strengths:
Comfort, stability, colour and look, lightness
Weaknesses:
Can't think of much to say apart from that I think they may not last like some others have suggested. Other 2000 series model's have been made a little more robust.
Overall:
I was pleasently surprised when first wearing these. They fit very snuggly and work well with my foot shape. They remind me of some earlier edition model 2000 series like the 2030 which was the first one I tried in the 2000 series shoe. The're very light and almost feel like you have'nt got them on at all but saying that they also feel very stable. I was more dissapointed with the 2110 as this shoe has more space inside and felt like it moved about too much unless you get the laces done up just right, the 2120 gives a much better snugger ride. The only negative is the build as this shoe looks like it may not stand up to the test of time unfortunately but as it's still a great running shoe from asics I'll forgive this little oversight and look forward to the next model. Look for bargains online.
