Strengths: Breathable, soft and great sweat absorption.
Weaknesses: A bit expensive
Overall: Can be used throughout the year - base layer in winter and tshirt in the summer. The size does come up a bit small so unless you like your top a bit tight go one size bigger. I can't really find a fault because you certainly get value for money in the long run....
Strengths: A smooth transistion. Greater cushioning on the heel and firmer support.
Weaknesses: The ankle support seemed a little low and caught on my running socks. Not a fault of the shoe - i just need to wear longer socks.
Overall: I was beginning to loose faith with the kayano's after the 13's. However the 14's perform as well as they look. They feel "springy" rather than cushioned and supportive rather than bulky. Also cope well with everyday training in the gym and long runs.
