Strengths: The 315 is a very good all round trail shoe. Light and cushioned enough, comfy staright from the box, and unlike the 330 shown in the image and most other Inov-8s , the upper lasts until after you'd bin it for a broken down midsole...
Weaknesses: The 315 is not as cushioned as the 330. Laces tend to break if runninf in wet conditions a lot.
