'My first ever off road shoe and I wasn't disappointed.'
Strengths:
Comfort and performance. I wore these for the Thunder Run 24hr and they were spot on; gave me no problems.
Overall:
Not disappointed although to be fair; they are my first ever off road shoes so I have no comparison, however they were excellent.

'I'M AFRAID I'M THE ODD ONE OUT. YUK!'
Strengths:
packed full of the carb, protein and vitamins you need
Weaknesses:
taste
Overall:
I tried my first one this evening after a run and I didn't like the taste one bit. Taste is a personal thing, but I found the taste metalic and way too sweet. You might like it though,so I would say try it.

'LOOKS GOOD, ACCURATE WITH PATIENCE'
Strengths:
Looks good, easy to use and online site is very good
Weaknesses:
It took me ages to calibrate it and it was never consistant
Overall:
£40 is good value for a cool looking watch and a way to track your pace, distance etc. But, it is never going to be as accurate as a GPS watch, but then again, its only £40

'BEST TASTING AND EASIEST TO USE'
Strengths:
Taste (tropical), easy to swallow.
Weaknesses:
I still can't master the art of using them while running, butn that's my weakness! Otherwise, they are spot on.
Overall:
I've tried many different makes and flavours and found these are easiest to swallow due to the more liquidier (is that a real word?) consistency than most others. They tear open easier than others as well. Most importantly, they give you a good boost

'EXCELLENT VALUE'
Strengths:
Cheap and does exactly what I need
Weaknesses:
Big and chunky compared to newer models, but hey-ho
Overall:
I bought mine of e-bay for £45; a complete bargain. No fuss, really easy to use tells me pace, distance, time etc.
Buy one :)

'COMFY AND FAIRLY CHEAP'
Strengths:
Comfy upper and cushoining is good. (i'm 6 foot 2 and 14.5 stone)
Weaknesses:
After 150 mile the mesh is wearing away where my little toe is.
Overall:
Only cost me £50 in Jan 2009. I buy shoes as recommended by the chap in the running shop; if he recommends Asics again, i won't have any reservations
