'Amazing shoes.'
Strengths:
Neutral and minimal shoe. Great range of colours.
Weaknesses:
I can't seem to keep the laces tied up.

Asics Gel-Nimbus 12

'THis is about the women's Nimbus 12. A disappointing redesign of the brilliant Nimbus 11.'
Strengths:
I loved the Nimbus 11 and wore them to run 3 marathons without injury. I can't think of pros for the Nimbus 12.
Weaknesses:
The new design involves a rigid and built-up instep - a really negative feature in a neutral shoe. Feels like I'm wearing clogs. I hate this shoe and will never run any distance in them. I wish they still made the Nimbus 11.
Overall:
A disappointment. I'm not convinced by the further development of the 'gender specific' fit. Gender average fits don't suit all runners. Back to Brooks for me.
