'Good quality sock'
Strengths:
Breathe well and have not worn out a pair in 2 years
Weaknesses:
Thin material, if you're susceptable to blisters on the toes or rubbing on the 'upper area' of the shoe these may no be the very best socks
Overall:
Very good

'Makes a difference!'
Strengths:
East to mix, not too gloopy.
Weaknesses:
I've found that 'where' the tub originates from makes a difference on the taste. I had originating from Singapore and it tasted foul, the last 3 tubs came orignate from Oz and they taste good, the best tasting tub I had came from somewhere in Europe (Germany or Holland), can't remember exactly. I'm assuming that the origin has a bearing on the raw ingredients, if not I have no idea why they the Singapore tub tasted so bad.
Overall:
Good tasting product, mixes well with milk and water, tastes better the more milk you use, my long run at the w/e is normally a half marathon and I know if I've had the shake or not by the end of the day.
