' | | Strengths: Were an excellent shoe when I was predominantly a heel striker as there is a lot of cushioning around this area. I bought them quite cheaply off sportsdirect.com | | Weaknesses: since converting to midfoot/forefoot striking the shoe caused a lot of pain. Barely any cushioning midfoot, just a large piece of plastic. I've also found my heel slips easily causing blisters. This is mainly due to my slightly wider than a D fitting feet. | | Overall: Would definitely suit a neutral runner who predominantly heel strikes. I struggled with them, my feet are slightly wider than a D fitting. Have since moved to Ghost 3's which are a revelation in comparison. Basing my scores on how they were at the beginning when I was a heel striker. |
