Shock Absorber RUN bra
Posted: 26/08/12
'Definitely the best bra for running - Its name says it all and doesn't lie'
Strengths:
Wide band and wide straps = super comfortable and yet perfect support. Fits just right so long as you make sure to choose the right size (so bra fitting maybe required just to make sure), but then no chaffing. Reflective details show through light vest / t-shirt which is great. I guess it could be worn on its own as well, though I don't. No problem with it going in washing machine. Durable, strong. Love the fabric, that doesn't make you feel drenched...
Weaknesses:
None in my opinion, other than the price!
Overall:
The only Run Bra worthy of the name in my opinion!

'10 out of 10 from me! Though I have the v4 so more up to date than the one reviewed here'
Strengths:
Very lightweight and bendy, you can't tell you have them on as they are so comfy... Works well uphill, as the shoe works with your foot, you get more grip than a more "rigid" shoe.
Ideal for long distance too... The foot does not move in the shoe, so no chaffing and so far not one blister have appeared on my foot... Whereas I've always had them with other shoes... Tongue attached to one side as well, so again it stays put.
Weaknesses:
Couldn't think of any as it is truly my perfect shoe, in my personal opinion... Apart from maybe that I'm finding it more difficult to clean the outside properly due to the material...
