'A GREAT TRAINING DEVICE ESPECIALLY FOR LONGER RUNS.'
Strengths:
Training programs can be made based on various stages based on pace, distance or heart rate.
Good for long runs for measuring pace and distance.
Also works on bicycle with an additional component for the cadence.
Weaknesses:
Sometimes in areas with tall buildings it does not get a signal.
The battery is only chargeable by an usb cradle.
You can have lots of beeps going off for various alerts which can get confusing.
Overall:
An excellent training/racing device, it is rare if I don't use this while out running.
This is a big improvement on the previous x01 models, with better training options, USB connection and better GPS Signal detetction, plus it is smaller.

'PROVIDES A LOT OF INFORMATION WHILE ON A RUN'
Strengths:
Provides a lot information about current pace and target pace. Can be used to measure routes which are determined as you run along. Can also be used while cycling.
Weaknesses:
Can sometimes take a while to get a GPS signal.
Overall:
Great for measuring and analysing a run.
