Science in Sport Go Gel

'Pretty good'
Strengths:
Really felt the boost during a training session, handy format
Weaknesses:
Texture isn't my cup of tea
Overall:
Handy, good energy boost. I'm not overly keen on the texture, but a swig of water after it and I'm fine, small complaint really.

For Goodness Shakes Powder

'Sugar powder'
Strengths:
Mixes ok
Weaknesses:
Too sweet.
Overall:
Like the ready-made drink this is just SUGAR in milk... felt a bit sick after it as well. Natural milk and a bit of fruit is much better for you.

For Goodness Shakes Milkshake

'MAKE YOUR OWN, THIS IS JUST A SUGAR RUSH'
Strengths:
Easy format because it's already made for you, but that's where the pros end.
Weaknesses:
Ram-packed with sugar, sure you have some added vitamins, but it's cheaper to make your own; hand blender, milk, done. Or just drink some milk, that's enough for most people.
Overall:
Expensive sugary product trying to make a market where there doesn't need to be one.
