Strengths: Well, it knocked me out anyway. I slept very soundly when I used this, after long runs in marathon training. I also liked the taste.
Weaknesses: I used the sachets, and found it difficult to get the powder out of them without it going everywhere.
Overall: If you want slowly-absorbed protein for overnight then I suppose you could just have a chicken (or tuna) sandwich at bedtime. But this product also gives you zinc and magnesium supplementation in measured amounts (and your "typical" multivitamin won't have anything like this magnesium)
