Strengths: The training centre software is great. I find being able to look at the stats from a run very useful. Showing the run in Google Earth is very useful. I have discovered that the bit of my route that I struggled on and thought it was just because it was open and windy is actually a very long hill. It doesn't look like one when you are running it! It is making my runs proper training sessions now.
Weaknesses: It's a bit bulky. I can feel it on my wrist, but you do forget about it once you get going. You must make sure you get the software updates from the Garmin website as mine didn't connect properly to start with.
Overall: A brilliant training partner that helps you train effectively and keep your pace during your sessions.
