Strengths: Firm, supportive, adjustable and isn't too "industrial" in appearance. Choice of black or white. Washes well and dries quickly. I find it brilliant for running. No chaffing or rubbing and the shoulder straps stay where you put them and don't slip off like some other bras. Gives a good shape too.
Weaknesses: Can get spidery bits of elastic showing from shoulder straps, but only after a lot of wash and wear.No probs wih performance even so.
Overall: An excellent supportive bra which is brilliant for running and good for everyday too.
