Strengths: this actually works ! the only sports bra i've ever had that does feels snug at first but you get used to it, and looser size will not be as effective
Weaknesses: make sure you get the right size
i think the one in purple is horrible , thank god they have discontinued it and they do white
bit pricey
Overall: good product thank god oprah made it known to us mortals
