'ORTHOTICS HEAVEN'

Strengths:
Really good comfortable shoe

Weaknesses:
Seems to wear out quicker than other shoes I've used

Overall:
I'm on my 5th pair of Cumulus since I got orthotics - they are a fantastic shoe. Not heavy but feel stable.

'FANTASTIC, IF A LITTLE SWEET'

Strengths:
Easy to make up, doesn't take long and mixes really well.
Quite tasty if you don't have it too strong. Good taste.

Weaknesses:
Price - I think all sports drinks are pricy

Overall:
I tend to use before, during and after speedwork - and feel the benefit
