Strengths: Not too thick so can be taken without water, nice flavour.
Weaknesses: You are 'stuck' (pardon the pun) with the sticky empty packet if you can't find a bin afterwards
Overall: Excellent product - some of the other gels I have tried are far too thick and you need water afterwards. This one was just right and I found that the energy boost it gave was very noticable.
