Adidas Supernova Sequence 4

'A great everyday stability shoe'
Strengths:
Fit my feet like a glove
Durable - every pair I've had has done 600 miles +
Reasonable cost compared against other stability shoes
Decent grip unless its very wet
Well styled/good range of colours
Weaknesses:
Heavier than some other stability shoes particularly when wet
You need to go half a size to a full size up on your normal shoe size as these come up small
Overall:
The best stability shoe I've worn for every day training

Adidas Supernova Sequence II

'A very comfortable shoe that feels light and responsive.'
Strengths:
The shoe is really comfortable and doesn't seem to need any wearing in.

They feel very plush and well cushioned. They seem to have a reasonable amount of flexbility whilst still being very stable.

They feel light compared with Nike Structure Triax.

They look well styled although that will change with a bit of mud and sweat !
Weaknesses:
The predominant white colour means they won't stay that way for long.
Overall:
Having tried Saucony Pro Grid Omni and Nike Air Structure Triax these seem to be every bit as comfortable and possibly a bit lighter. Time will tell if they last as well.

'SUPERB CUSHIONING AND STABILITY'
Strengths:
Cushioning is the best that I've worn in a stability shoe. They certainly provide stability and correct my collapsing arches.
Weaknesses:
Some might say that they look plain but once you've got them rain soakked and muddy who cares !
Overall:
These are as comfortable a shoe as I've ever worn. First run was 7.5 miles and they felt superb

Nike Sphere T-shirt

'COMFORTABLE AND LIGHT'
Strengths:
A very comfortable T-shirt even in hot weather. I run in these most of the time and I've never chafed yet !
Weaknesses:
The material is easily plucked.
Overall:
The material is nice and light and is certainly very comfortable. Not cheap at full price but last years colours seem to be about £10 to £15 instead of £20+.

'COMFORTABLE, COOL, AND SUPPORTIVE.'
Strengths:
Not excessively priced, very well cushioned, meshing at the front keeps your feet cool. I'm relatively flat footed and compared against a Brooks and Saucony pair in the same price range these were the most supportive and comfortable. I've worn them on relatively short runs 3-8 km on grass and road with sign of either blisters or discomfort which I had suffered with before even on runs of 5km and less.
Weaknesses:
Not over keen on the silver but you can't have everything !
Overall:
I bought these in June 2006 to replace an ageing Adidas pair and these are head and shoulders above anything else I've run in, although I've never paid over £60 for a pair of running shoes before. As a relative beginner to running ( I always used to just run for football ) I can certainly recommend these fully.
