'AWESOME PIECE OF KIT'
Strengths:
Everythiong you'll ever need and more
Weaknesses:
There's so much stuff on it, it's doubtful you'll get your head around all of it!
Overall:
Saying that, the new stuff you do learn about keeps it interesting. There's also a price war on these at the moment, you can pick one up for £135. MINT

Mizuno Wave Inspire 3

'AVERAGE'
Strengths:
Light
Excellent ventilation (compared to Nike Vengeance and 1970's Nike Waffle)
Long laces to get round the widest and tallest of feet
Weaknesses:
Can feel stitching at front of shoe on toe ends
Give me blisters on my inner arch from the insole.
Cushioning feels hard at times.
Overall:
I had these shoes 3 months now and run about 25-40 miles per week quickly. I get blisters from an easy 10km, but they are perfect for Fartleks and shorter distances. I can't recommend these, though, and will be purchasing Asics Gel GT-2120 or New Balance 1061 in the next 300 miles (2-3 months)
