'Great trail shoe, light and comfortable. Funky colour too'
Strengths:
Light and very comfortable straight out of the box. Ran an off road marathon in them almost straight out of the box (3 mile trial run). Did the same race last year and trashed my feet in a pair of shoes I previous had no problems with. This time came back with all my toe nails and no blisters.

As happy on the road as they are on the trails.
Weaknesses:
No much use when it gets really muddy, but then again neither are any of the other trail shoes I have tried.
Overall:
Great shoe and my weapon of choice for off road as long as it isn't really mucky (then spikes are the only options). Can run all day in them and they will not let you down.

'Not just marketing balls they actually work!'
Strengths:
Light and very breathable almost and light as a race shoe. Promotes fore foot running and helps push you along. Since switching to these I have not had any injuries. Before I was always pickup up the odd niggle.

Weaknesses:
Expensive and take some getting use to if you are a heel striker.
Overall:
I was not sure if these where just marketing balls or actual something that works. So when I saw them on the self I had to give them a go on the treadmill. I was amazed at it felt like someone was pushing me along. So bit the expensive bullet and brought them.

Took a while to get use to as I needed to make the switch from a minor heel strike to landing on the fore foot.

Since switching I have knocked 2 mins of my 5Km PB and 10 of my 10 mile PB and also ran my first marathon and not picked up a single injury. Could be a down to my training but I think the shoes have helped.

'GREAT TASTE AND NO MESSING AROUND, GRAP AND DRINK'
Strengths:
Already mixed up and ready to go. All flavours taste great and go down like a normal milk shake.
Weaknesses:
Can not get it everywhere so ordered it by the case on-line.
Overall:
Just grab and drink, no measuring, no mixing. All flavours are great and no odd after taste.

If you didn't know you would think it was a normal milk shake.

'LIGHT FAST SHOE'
Strengths:
Also race shoe light let still bouncy
Weaknesses:
Not much grip
Overall:
My previous shoes where giving me shin splints. So the day before a 5 mile fun run decided to go an get a new pair. Very concerned about doing 5miles in a new pair of shoes but no need to worry.

Very light yet very cushioned.

'GOES DOWN EASY'
Strengths:
Great taste. Very easy to drink, light and refreshing. Instant recovery after training.

Mixes easy providing the water is no too cold.
Weaknesses:
Can not think of any
Overall:
I just use one scoop of this in 500ml of water after training.

Instant recovery. Use to feel it for a couple of hours until I started using this.
