'WORST SHOE I HAVE HAD, WOULD NOT RECOMEND'

Strengths:
light

Weaknesses:
just didnt feel right from run one, in the end got a achillies niggle which i out down to this shoe

Overall:
personally i would go for a wave rider, i have had 2 pairs and they are way better than this shoe
