'nice super light running flat- lack of heel rise is noticeable'
Strengths: Not much more to add than can be found in the main review. Very good foot feel and the interior of the shoe is nicely smooth so sockless running causes no problems. Although I normally use flats for training the lack of heel rise is noticable in this shoe- so calves will get a bit more stretching.
Weaknesses: As it is basically a high-tech slipper it can be a bit of a struggle to get into, so not ideal for aquathlons or duathlons where time in transition is critical
Overall: A useful addition to the range of minimalist shoes. I'll use them for shorter sessions and races (10K max). I've scored it high on cushioning even though it has none as that's what I'm looking for in a minimalist shoe
