I am a: serious competitive athlete I have been running for: 1-3 years I run this many times a week: 4-6 times My weekly mileage is about: 31-50 I do these types of running: road / pavement, trail / grass / woodland, athletics track, treadmill, fell My most important reason for running is: to be competitive in races
My three favourite events are: Favourite: Half-marathon Next Favourite: 10K Third favourite: Cross-country I take part in events: 12-24 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (weight training), Mountain biking, Road cycling, Swimming, Walking (hill walking)

My cycling forms the backbone of my fitness now and I am currently putting in around 200 miles per week. It is going to be an interesting year in 2006 to see if I can improve my running on a smaller but hopefully (pray, pray) more consistant volume.
