I am from Glasgow. I train with Springburn Harriers. We train in Bishopbriggs, Kirkintilloch and the surrounding areas. I also do my own training in Glasgow along the Forth & Clyde Canal. I like running off-road as well as road racing. Cross Country, trail, forest, canal path, hills, relays, you name it. I like to mix fast/tempo runs with slow recovery runs. I have run more 10k's than any other distance, but my forte is cross country. I'll run through mud and fields any day.
