I started running 4 years ago - the month of my 40th birthday.The most rewarding exercise I have ever tried - and I've tried quite a few over the years. I have been accepted for the London marathon. My training suggests between 4 and 4.30 hours. Any tips for a first timer? I have just entered the 'pacing run' in Richmond Park - 9mins 15sec.
