Been running since I was 8 in 1984 and done the whole gambit of running variations.....apart from Ultra (Surely 26.2 is far enough!). 34.56 for 10K, 59.08 for 10m, 77.15 for half and 2.54.27 for marathon are my bests, but team events are my favorites. Give me a relay or a cross-country league any day!
