My three favourite events are: Favourite: Half-marathon Next Favourite: Marathon Third favourite: 10K I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (weight training)

I am frustrated 53 year old who is still looking for the ideal training regime for me.I would like to improve times for the 10k,1/2 marathon and marathon on 4/5 days a week running with 2 nights being weight training sessions included with some form of running.No improvement in running times is a really annoying for me.Obviously doing things wrong. Probably too much advice about what sessions to carry out.
