I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Road cycling, Swimming, Walking (hill walking)

Run, walk. swim, aquarunning, canoe and cycle but have had serious weight issues but am getting nearer my goal slowly. I''ve done several Race for Lifes and the Great North Run 5 times although most were run/walked. PB is 2hr 24mins 58 I know people can walk it faster. I have cycled to Germany and back for charity four times, the last time was 2014, which was the first I cycled all the way there and back without resorting to getting on the van. 2014 was the first time I did a triathlon too.
