I am a: regular recreational runner I have been running for: 3-5 years I run this many times a week: 4-6 times My weekly mileage is about: 31-50 Running club / race organisation: I am a member of a running club I do these types of running: road / pavement, trail / grass / woodland, athletics track, treadmill, fell My most important reason for running is: to feel better about myself
I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (classes), Gym (weight training), Mountain biking, Walking (hill walking)

I originally started running to lose a bit of weight & try to increase my fitness levels, then discovered that I actually enjoyed it (I think!). My ambition is to get my 10k PB down to below 40 mins (41:12 at present), but think I may have to change my diet a bit too much to achieve it, so may not bother!!!
I also do a fair bit of co-driving in a rally car, a great buzz, but you don't lose weight!
