I did my first marathon in 2002 (3:55:52) and have done one a year since. I have also done a half marathon each year as part of my training and now do the Ballycotton 10 (mile) race in March to keep fit all year round. I have improved my times each year and now have the following PB's: Marathon 3:08:37 (Paris April 05), Half Marathon: 1:33:00 (Cork Sept 04), 10 Miles 1:06:36 (Ballycotton March 05). 10k 41:25 (During Ballycotton 10 mile race March 05)

5 Miles - 33.16 (Glanmire, Cork June 05).
5K - 19.51 (Marina, Cork June 05).
