My three favourite events are: Favourite: Half-marathon Next Favourite: 10 Mile Third favourite: 10K I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (classes), Gym (weight training), Road cycling, Swimming, Walking (hill walking)
More about me
I am a member of Plymouth Harriers running club. I am a UK Athletics Level 2 Endurance coach. In the future my main focus will be to develop the female runners within the club so that we have a strong female team. I would also like to get involved in training children, teenagers so that we can introduce new senior runners to the club as the majority of our runners are vets.I have also recently got into Triathlons and I competed in the London Triathlon during August 2007 - great fun. Since then I have competed in two local triathlons and have realised just how much I enjoy it.
