My three favourite events are: Favourite: Half-marathon Next Favourite: 10 Mile Third favourite: 10K I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (classes), Gym (weight training), Road cycling, Swimming, Walking (hill walking)
More about me
I am a member of Plymouth Harriers running club. I am a UK Athletics Level 2 Endurance coach. In the future my main focus will be to develop the female runners within the club so that we have a strong female team. I would also like to get involved in training children, teenagers so that we can introduce new senior runners to the club as the majority of our runners are vets.
I have also recently got into Triathlons and I competed in the London Triathlon during August 2007 - great fun. Since then I have competed in two local triathlons and have realised just how much I enjoy it.
