At last, progress is being made, weight is going down and the running is going up, the scales are now in my favour!!! :o) Yeeehah! 3 stone to go.
First runs 3.5m in 45 mins.
two weeks on 4.5m in 50 mins!
Want to run a 10k in 60 minutes, that is my goal.
5ft 11. Jan 7th.
Week One 16st 12.5 (my grand whale weigh in)
Week Two 16st 9.5 (weekly mileage 14.5 miles)
Week Three still 16st 9.5 (weekly mileage 15.5 miles and walked 10 miles)
Mini setback - poorly so no running but one 3.5 power walk.
Week Four 16st 8.5! Ran 15.5 miles walked 8 miles, swam 35 lengths. Got paid by my client! :o)
Week Five. 16st 4.5! Ran 11 miles walked 5 miles.
Week Six, no running due to injury gained 1Lb! :o(
Week Seven. Ran 15 miles lost 1.5lbs! :o)
Week Eight. DIdn't get weighed was working :o(
Week Nine Lost 4.5lbs! Even I said wow!
